This page would have been very soft and subdued if Sue weren’t there to radiate blinding orangey-ness. I don’t know whether I’m impressed by the disruption or slightly annoyed.

Today marks the beginning of break week! Which means a lufferly chance to add to my buffer. Veddy excited for that.

Ah good. We have Chase, and now we have Sue, and the world makes a little more sense.
Chase’s hometown is never really mentioned by name, but it’s definitely somewhere in Southern Ontario. Maybe someplace starting with the letter E. Could be. Hmmmm.
The song is by Madness (I’m sure that’s only a coincidence), and yes the name of the cereal was inspired by Flight of the Conchords, because if you party with the Party Prince, you get two complimentary after-dinner mints.

No, that’s not true. There are MANY MANY, potentially hilarious or terrible ways… Ah well. Lots of chances for that sort of thing later.
I discovered that it’s very easy to forget what a toilet looks like. I’m also pretty sure Chase has no blood left. It’s been replaced with bathwater.

Hmmmmm… yeah, okay, perhaps commentary is necessary.
Yes, that is what you think it is. Yes, all innuendos likely to follow in respect to that particular panel were considered, and then approved, because that’s probably exactly what Ruse is intending.
No, I don’t anticipate any gratuitous nudity in the future, and I don’t think this at all qualifies as that anyway. I liked the pose, and didn’t feel like getting all cheap and smacking a speech-balloon or censorship bubble over the area in question.
It is what it is… …

Or isn’t… in Chase’s particular case. 8D
